People there's something i need to point out. Go and see the various foot work battles. and u'll see 2 things. Firstly, their toprock is very varied and it involves touching of the ground and such moves of spinning. Even the hands are used very varied. Secondly, Have you ever noticed that all the pros' footwork are all different. Its not that they learnt from some other Pro shit. Its because they MAKE their own FOOTWORK. yes serious. so try to think up ur own stuff. Respect to Zen for thinking out some stuff already. Even if you think it looks like shit or sumthing, Play it hard, Train it, make it fluid. Like sel. HE got a....bouncing style. LOL but yea its nice enough and he can add extra stuff to it=)

1. Good toprock- Practise practise PRACTISE. I cant stress how impt this IS
2.Handglide- Again. I shant Nag
3. A dope freeze or show stopping move to end your freestyle. dun be anti-climax
4.Good, fluid footwork. good is'nt that impt. Fluid. dun be too sloppy
5. 3,4,5,6,7 step.
6. Try not to do the same thing twice, or when another member has done that routine
7.Hip Control. I know it sounds sick, but yea Fuck it
8. A good spin move. not knee spin ok! lol. It aint as impt but still something nice to have
9. Good basic handstand. Not to hard to ask for.
10.Commitment. I dun wan another Louis or whatever

Ok guys we need to seriously give a thought to the art fest. i want real commitment if you guys want to perform. And we need to start thinking of dance steps to go along with our free style. There's something else i Really need to state. training will more or less be on EVERY sunday, 2 pm. Please try to come on time. Especially Munky. and one more thing. I guess everyone's of a considerable level now. train the new toprocks you guys view AT HOME. and train handglide at home too. Its a very impt freeze. for very foundational stuff. RMB to lock your HIPS, KNEES and keep your legs WIDE & straight like you're a girl gonna get Fucked. sorry for the pun
